Green Season (01 December to 31 March)	US$ 375.00 pppn No Single supplement Pilot/Guide US$125 pppn – all year round
Low Season (01 April to 30 June & November)	US$ 525.00 pppn No Single supplement
High Season (01 July to 31 October)	US$ 650.00 pppn S/supp additional 30%

Flight from Maun to Mapula	US$ 190 per person one way.
Flight from Kasane to Mapula	US$ 280 per person one way.
Single supplement add 50% to above rates.
Please note that flight rates are subject to change without notice! This is beyond our control. Individual charter companies determine rates.
All other flight connections are available on request.

Our Rates include:

Accommodation, teas/coffees.
All meals and snacks while at camp.
All beverages, including local table wines.
All activities.
Limited laundry service.
All Taxes, Vat, Fees and Service Charges.
Emergency evacuation insurance to a regional medical facility.
Storage of excess luggage at our Maun airport offices.
Transfers to/from airstrip.

Visa cost
Light aircraft transfer
All beverages, including local table wines.

Due to its remote location, access to Mapula is by light aircraft. The 35 minute scenic flight from Maun offers the best possible views as the diverse Okavango landscape unfolds beneath you.

Luggage is restricted to 10 kg per person in soft bags. Passengers weighing in excess of 100kg must notify us when booking. Weight and balance is at the pilot's discretion and excess luggage might be left behind in safe storage.

Mapula Lodge has its own airstrip called Xarakai, with coordinates 1852 South, 22423 East, Runway dimensions: 1000 x 18, Runway QDM: 09/27.
