All rates are per person per night sharing
Green Season (1 December to 31 March)	US$ 355.00 pp; No Single supplement Pilot/Guide US$ 115pppn – all year round
Low Season (1 April to 30 June & November)	US$ 500.00 pp; No Single supplement
High Season (1 July to 31 October)	US$ 600.00 pp; S/supp additional 30%
Children 12 yrs and younger travelling with parents.	US$ half price. Children (not more than two) must share with an adult. A child 12 years and older is considered an adult.

Flight from Maun to Mapula	US$ 165 per person one way.
Flight from Kasane to Mapula	US$ 310 per person one way.
All other flight connections are available on request.

Our Rates include:

Accommodation, teas/coffees.
All meals and snacks while at camp.
All beverages, including local table wines.
All activities.
Limited laundry service.
All Taxes, Vat, Fees and Service Charges.
Emergency evacuation insurance to a regional medical facility.
Storage of excess luggage at our Maun airport offices.
Transfers to/from airstrip.

Due to its remote location, access to Mapula is by light aircraft. The 40 minute scenic flight from Maun offers the best possible views as the diverse Okavango landscape unfolds beneath you.

Luggage is restricted to 12 kg per person in soft bags. Excess baggage can be safely stored in Maun.

Mapula Lodge has its own airstrip called Xarakai, with coordinates 1852 South, 22423 East, Runway dimensions: 1000 x 18, Runway QDM: 09/27.
